Job Overview

We are looking for a specialist who can independently perform the below tasks and participate in and execute inter-departmental communication and continuous improvement activities by following SHL Production Principles and participating in improvement activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible to follow all applicable SOPs and WIs at all times.
• Responsible to always follow the principle of GMP to the best of their ability.
• Follow Process Improvement 5S principles to complete all tasks.
• Ensure the inventory checking activity is conducted when needed.
• Process material receiving and distributing activities for production use.
• Ensure the material balance is aligned with the data transfer in the inventory system to implement material control.
• Ensure the material is safely loaded, unloaded, and delivered during movement.
• Separate non-conforming items into control areas timely and correctly
• Report timely to the supervisor for any material injury during the movement process for follow-up actions.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments based on improvement needs to provide better service to the entire organization.
• Assign the above job tasks by staffing qualification / personal ability/organization needs.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualification

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; college degree preferred. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a degree or combination of training and experience may be acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics and distribution environment
• Knowledge of Shipping and Receiving concepts in a distribution environment for both Domestic and International markets.
• Knowledge of warehouse and inventory concepts in a distribution environment preferred.
• Experience working in an FDA-regulated business.
• Computer literate – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Experience with ERP system, SAP experience preferred.
